Sleepless nights#Les nuits blanches

What will be your state of mind if you can’t get to sleep after hectic busy day schedules. Especially when you normally go and get sleepy before midnight as per your habit but your sleeping cycle changes suddenly one fine night and it continues to be the same for few consecutive nights.

First of all, You feel depressed about this change. You want to make your mind relaxed as some thing is bothering it for sure.. deep breathing, reading novel, checking in to social media sites, sending messages to all friends who you see online just because you want to heal that part which is frustrated, furious, anxious hence causing unnecessary trouble to your relaxation time.

Then, You feel so helpless that you scream out for help from your friends and family in hope that something might work for you to be at peace and get to sleep. All efforts in vein. As no one is able to understand what is your state of mind at that time.

At last, you knock the door of a person who has caused you this pain but who is close to your heart too. Who knows all your flaws. Who knows how to put you out of this situation. Out of all surprises, this person chooses to sacrifice his sleep just because you are in trouble. So, you continue chatting all fantasy world talks which somehow helps you to feel better than before. Which offcourse is not letting you to slip down to dream land but is healing your mind for sure.

You very well know one thing is obvious. Nobody can actually help you to come out of pain except your own self as all others only can come up with various suggestions to release your anxiety, according to their sense and experience but nobody can dig into the reason why you are feeling so miserable at that point of time….

Mind needs true explanations to all unanswered questions after all… 😇
